*Masks will be required and temperature checks will be performed.
Bills may also be paid: online, by phone automated system (951) 782-0330, by 311 mobile application, by mail, or by RPU’s Downtown Customer Service Center or Casa Blanca Customer Resource Center payment drop boxes (No Cash please).

RPU Customer Service team can answer all of your water/electric billing and account questions. 311 Call Center can help answer all of your non-emergency city services questions or requests that may also be submitted on the 311 mobile application.
