Agricultural Rates & Programs
To preserve and promote Riverside’s agricultural lands, the City offers water rates applicable to qualifying Greenbelt area customers.
Domestic Time-Of-Use Tiered Rate Plan
RPU residential electric customers with good utility payment history who live in single-family residences are eligible for this rate.
Optional Renewable Energy Rate
Elect for 100% renewable energy in place of the energy from RPU’s current portfolio of renewable and nonrenewable resources. This rate is not applicable to customers receiving service under Schedule NEM.
